About Me

At Biola University, I studied business with a concentration in analytics and developed a strong interest in creative work and communication. I enjoy finding patterns, telling the story behind the numbers, and connecting with people in a way that makes them feel seen and heard.

Since I was 16, I’ve worked in customer service roles that taught me how to stay calm under pressure, act quickly in busy moments, and truly listen before offering solutions. More recently, my experience as a bank teller has sharpened my observational skills and deepened my desire to serve others with thoughtfulness and integrity.

I’m passionate about combining my analytical background with my love for writing and creative problem-solving. I’m excited to keep learning, creating, and connecting with others through meaningful work.

Banking Internship

Since May 2023, I’ve worked as a bank teller at Middlesex Savings Bank, serving customers across the greater Boston area.

In this role, I’ve gained hands-on experience in fraud prevention, financial operations, and customer service.

This role has sharpened my attention to detail, strengthened my communication skills, and deepened my desire to help people feel supported, safe, and cared for in every interaction.

I’ve especially loved building trust with customers through consistent, thoughtful service.

Projects

As part of a semester-long project in Strategic Management, I collaborated with a six-person team to evaluate JetBlue Airways’ internal culture and its impact on customer experience and retention.

We conducted extensive research, developed a culture improvement initiative (“Keep the Blue”), and presented our recommendations to a panel of executives and CEOs.

Our proposal outlined a potential $210M net gain through improved employee engagement and service quality.

In this paper, I reflect on the balance between power, leadership, and humility in the workplace.

Drawing from Timothy Keller’s Counterfeit Gods, I explore how servant leadership aligns with biblical values and how I hope to lead others with integrity and attentiveness.

In this short video, I share the kind of leader I hope to become: one who leads with patience, humility, and a commitment to listening. Rooted in my faith and personal experience, this talk reflects my desire to serve others well, celebrate small wins, and influence with steadiness and grace.
